St Totteringham's Day is the day when Arsenal fans celebrate the fact that Tottenham can no longer catch Arsenal in the League. It is a movable feast, but usually falls in March, April or May. It is the day to collect on bets made by over-optimistic Spurs fans in the close season who think that "this is the year".

    Twitter button

OK I admit I was bored, but I've added a "tweet this" button to each story. It ought to be straightforward as it uses the method provided by Twitter themselves, but do email me if you have any problems. Address in side bar on left hand side!

    Oops!

I've fixed one of the links in the side bar. They should all now work.

    Welcome!

Welcome to the new style of the St Totteringham's day page.

I'm not 100% sure about the colour scheme, and it is likely to change over the course of the season!

Assuming I don't delete it all again by mistake, as I did earlier this week, then this should chart the progress towards St Totteringham. Of course it is much too early to talk about when St Totteringham's will fall this year, and given the pre-season results I think many Spurs' fans will be saying "THIS must be the year." I wish I was as optimistic as I was last year.

But it is worth commenting that this would be the seventeenth season in a row. A major achievement if we make it.

Anyway, the old pages are still available if you want them. They are linked in the More Info section and also here:

Time to get excited by the new season.
