Turenne

Turenne is a pagus, and sometimes county, within the greater county of the Limousin, occasionally with its own counts. There was a castle at its centre which carried the same name (unsurprisingly given what that name is). It occurs in the following charters:
Beaulieu XXXIII, I, CXXVII, LXXXIX, and others.
