Apr. 913, a donation to St-Pierre de Beaulieu by a man named Austen of a manse in Fraissinet, one in Roucoule, one in Fargues, one in 'Tefrolo', one in Tundano and one in Membriac, the last of which gets a short tenure history, having belonged to Hugues. Austen reserves the usufruct of all these for his life under a rent of eight sesters of wine to be paid annually on Martinmas, which is dated.
