997x1031, a sale to 'the magnificent lord Bernard', now a priest, by Robert and his wife Etienna who shift onto him five denariatas of land that Robert's unnamed father bought from Radprand de Pretes, Gerald, Avitus and Chrétien, getting five solidi for it. Two of the property's three sides already have Bernard on and St-Pierre is on the middle one. The charter is terminated in the manuscript with Beaulieu CXVIII, which as Deloche noticed appears to be the tailpiece of an unrelated document. As a result the end of this document, which presumably included such details as the location of the land concerned, has been lost, this including the dating clause so whence Deloche's date I have no idea...
