May 997x1031, a fragmentary document, only a set of conditions and the dating and signatures of a charter that was mistakenly copied up as the end of the unrelated Beaulieu CXVII. What we have indicates that this was a donation to St-Pierre de Beaulieu by Bernard and his brother Constantine which they reserve for their lives at a cost of paying for a nocturns each year on Petermas. What we don't have is where the property was... The document is dated only by a month and the reign of King Robert.
