I'm in my late twenties, Northern, indecisive, dislike cameras, and am not a morning person. I like geeks, cats, tea, chocolate, books, films, science fiction, walking, Tranmere Rovers football club, Impressionism, Expressionism, other isms, Perl, and writing silly things (some of which are below). Work

I'm now working as a life science analyst for the delightful people at BioWisdom. Before that I attempted a PhD but ran out of time, health and money. FYI, I was analysing gene expression data from Drosophila microarrays in the Department of Genetics at the University of Cambridge, funded by the Medical Research Council (MRC) and then my savings. Previously, I did a BSc(Hons) in Anatomical Sciences at the University of Manchester followed by an MRes in Bioinformatics at the University of Leeds.
