The nephew of Bishop Bernard of Cahors seems to appear as a witness to several of his uncle's actions as lead monk of St-Pierre de Beaulieu, as well as executor of his will (not almsman, but the custodian of the properties until they be donated). These appearanecs are Beaulieu:

CXXXVIII (997x1031, witness of uncle's purchase of vine in Puy d'Arnac)
CXXXVII (997x1031, witness to uncle's purchase of property in Puy d'Arnac)
CLXXXVII (C10th/11th, final witness to donation of property in Calviac and Candes to Beaulieu)
CLIV (1005x28, executor and witness of the bishop, his uncle's, will)
CXXII (1028x29, witness to sale of land in Puy d'Arnac to Beaulieu)

Only in the penultimate of these is the relationship made explicit, and there is at least one more Bernard active in this area as witness at the time, but the connection seems to make this one the most likely in the absence of other defining criteria.
