Beaulieu LXXII

Nov. 923, a sale by Étienne son of Hugh (how helpful!) and Ricard to Abbot Raoul and his monks at St-Pierre de Beaulieu of five manses in Fargues with their tenants who are here said to be slaves, and one of whose wives counts as head of a separate family who are also included, all for 200 solidi. This is the first document in the archive to date by King Raoul.
