Mar. 893, a donation to St-Pierre de Beaulieu by one Eldoard, with the consent of his wife Ingelruda, of the church of Saint-Baudile de l'Ouradour, which Eldoard inherited from his parents; he remains a neighbour of the land conceded, which we could reasonably call a glebe, and also cedes two vineyards bordering it, one of which which he cedes jointly with a priest by the name of Ainard who is presumably connected to the church. What level of ownership of the church is thus being conceded here? Whatever it is, the glebe is explicitly marked out, including on one side (the first) by a public road. Ainard, at any rate, retains usufruct of the vines while he lives, and also heads the list of witnesses.
