Swinton is the second station of its name that I've visited, the other being Swinton in Manchester. This one was the day's last station as the shadows grew longer. It's a modern interchange at the junction of two lines and as befits such things it has a large car park:

Up on the footbridge we can look north at the station building on the left and the ramp down to platforms 2 and 3 on the right:
With a bit of zoom you can see the junction to the north of the station; off to the east towards Doncaster with the main line continuing north eventually to Leeds:
