Avidus

The younger of two men called Avidus who appear identifiably in the Beaulieu documents, son of the elder and Ingleborgis, nephew of Guldiric and brother of Antoine, appears as follows:

XLV (884, witness to donation of land in Castelnau to St-Pierre de Beaulieu)
CLXIX (887, witness to donation by Godfrid II of Turenne of land in Casillac to Beaulieu)
CLII (891, donor of demesne land in Puy d'Arnac to Beaulieu; this is where the family is set out)

On a local scale he would seem to be important despite his rare occurrences.
