Sep. 927, a donation to St-Pierre de Beaulieu prompted by fear of the end of the world, this acting upon Immo and his wife Itisburgis to prompt them to give two manses and a vine in Bonneval to the abbey. The vine is given boundaries, and while one of these is St-Pierre already, more interesting is the second which is said to be vicarial land, 'terram vicarialem'. The donors retain the usufruct of all of this for Immo's life under a cens of one modius of wine. This document is the first appearance of Abbot Jean.
