Apr. 895, a donation to St-Pierre de Beaulieu of the church of St-Julien-aux-Bois, with its bacallaria, and manses in Vernéjoul and la Brousse and vines and a demesne house with its own bacallaria at Ségonzac, by Calsto and his wife Adalguda. The la Brousse properties are next to some of Calsto's remaining lands and another neighbour is St-Étienne de Limoges; Calsto is also a neighbour on three sides of one Ségonzac vine, and the second has a public road on, of course, its fourth side. The soewhat careless geography of the document places Castelnau in the Limousin.
