Even biometrics are not perfect: as the market in fake IDs proves.

My guess is that it is possible to make a system which proves age as
well as the classic systems without actually revealing identities or
what resources is being accessed.


If we have learned anything over the last decade, hiding identity is a
non-goal, from the points of view both if the government and of commercial
organisations. Even when they are not trying to identify and track you they
have little reason to make your anonymity a goal.
