Among the many men called Bernard in the Beaulieu documents, it seems fair to single out those in Beaulieu:

CLII (891, vicar, witness of donation of land in Puy d'Arnac to Beaulieu)
CXV (894, witness with another vicar to donation of land in Puy d'Arnac to Beaulieu)
CXLII (894, final witness to donation of land in Puy d'Arnac to Beaulieu)
LXIX (909, lord of Agano, soul beneficiary of and witness to donation of property in Puy d'Arnac to Beaulieu)

This man is obviously a major player in the local area and briefly employed as representative by the abbey. He may also be the man of this name with interests in Espagnac or he in le Vert or he in Casillac or any two or three of the above.
