Beaulieu XLIX

c. 930, a donation to St-Martin de Tulle and St-Pierre de Beaulieu prompted from Adhémar by the imminent end of the world. He gives Tulle everything he holds in their bailiwick, which turns out to be:

• St-Martin de l'Agenne with twenty manses, all to be held by his wife Gauzla for life;
• a holding currently in the hands of a fidelis called Odolric which will now go to Adhémar's brother Gauzbert to be held together with the monks 'in their hand';
• four manses at Ampuillac, a plot at Saint-Michel-de-Banières, the tower of Fouilloux and its alod, a homestead at Veyrac and le Chambon and a vine at la Fage, all to be held by Gauzla for her life then revert to St-Martin; and
• a villa at Meyronne with its church, Vitrat, Bongeirou and a villa at Longour, also to be held for life by Gauzla.

• a homestead at Tauriac with its church;
• his property at Moulé;
• lands at Boussac that used to be in Veyrac (which is very interesting);
• his property in Gintrac and Salle acquired from the priest Sigibert;
• a villa at Mayrac; and
• a manse in Lostanges.
