Apr. 925, a donation to St-Pierre de Beaulieu by Étienne and his wife Aldegardis of their demesne chapel of Venersal and its three supporting manses and capmansio with their tenants, a demesne wood at Chaumont with two capmansiones and a chestnut grove attached to it back in Venersal; the donors hold the usufruct while they live, paying 12 denarii a year to Beaulieu on St Peter's Day, and Aldegardis gets to hold onto one of the manses if Étienne predeceases her, paying a 6-denarii rent for it as long as she lives. This makes it presumably a lot bigger than the others despite not being a capmansio! The tenant of that manse, Ramnulf, is also explicitly conceded, so I guess that he's a slave.
