Nov. 930, a donation to St-Pierre de Beaulieu by Galfred and Elisabet that partly reprises their earlier donation recorded in Beaulieu LVI. This time the key property is the demesne villa of Prenchen with seven manses and their tenants and a vine in la Faurie, but a manse (with a castle) and a plot in Strenquels have already been given, although that group now includes three extra manses and a meadow. The donors' son Guerno is supposed to get the Strenquels property, however, which was earlier given outright! This does not seem to be thought to prejudice the monastery's right to it, though, which may suggest that he has become a monk there. Elisabet, meanwhile, gets to keep the Prenchen and la Faurie properties because she already holds them in benefice from her husband; the monastery will get those when she dies, and meanwhile she pays a cens of six denarii annually on St Peter's Day.The la Faurie property has a public road on its third side and the river on its fourth. There are no witnesses recorded.
