Feb. 863, a sale to Abbot Gairulf and the monks of Beaulieu by one Guibert of lands in Membriac and le Chassin. St-Pierre is already a neighbour of the vine transferred at the latter location. Two families of slaves are also included. The whole package goes for 100 solidi.
