   5 Welcome to the main moderation screen. Its main purpose is to
   6 help you process most messages extremely quickly. For every message, it
   7 presents you who sent it, as well as the first three non-blank lines.
   8 For those messages where the decision is obvious, simply select your
   9 decision (approve/reject etc) and click submit. For those messages which
  10 you would like to review in more details, do not select anything and
  11 use Review/Comment function from this screen or from a subsequent screen.
