Main Moderation Screen: misc.invest.financial-plan

Welcome to the main moderation screen. Its main purpose is to help you process most messages extremely quickly. For every message, it presents you who sent it, as well as the first three non-blank lines. For those messages where the decision is obvious, simply select your decision (approve/reject etc) and click submit.
