   7 When this effect is active the wearer of the Torc gains +9 to Recovery
   8 rolls.  The effect is activated on the basis of the Revealed Flaws
   9 effect and is then permanent until the item is not worn at sunrise or
  10 sunset.  Note that if this effect is active for 2 or more
  11 consecutive seasons it will cause a warping point (or more than 2
  12 seasons within a year).
