When this effect is active the wearer of the Torc gains +9 to Recovery
rolls.  The effect is activated on the basis of the Revealed Flaws
effect and is then permanent until the item is not worn at sunrise or
sunset.  Note that if this effect is active for 2 or more
consecutive seasons it will cause a warping point (or more than 2
seasons within a year).
