New Mills Newtown is the second of New Mills two stations, the other being New Mills Central on the opposite side of the valley. New Mills Newtown is rather the less impressive of the two, though. The approach to the station from Albion Road:

A small brick building sits next to the platform entrance, although it was boarded up when we visited:
To the side of the building a ramp leads up from the car park to Albion Road as it crosses the railway:
The entrance next to the station building leads on to platform 1 for trains towards Sheffield:
