Flimby station is on the Cumbrian coast with the line directly between the town and the beach. When we visited a cyclist was starting a ride from the west coast to the east, so we assisted him by taking a photo of his bike with one wheel in the Irish Sea.
The entrance to the station is from the eastern side of the line, next to the A596:
