Two routes within the Czech Republic used to have LH operation:

Břeclav - Bohumín: presumably as a continuation of the Nordbahn from Wien; switched to RH operation on 9 December 2012
Karlovy Vary - Kadaň: believed to have been converted during electrification of the line in the mid-2000s

Electrification:
Electrification systems are distributed by area as follows:

3000V DC - lines in the north: the Praha - Ostrava - Kosice main line and branches; other routes radiating from Praha
25kV 50Hz DC - lines in the south and west: the Cheb - Plzeň - Brno - Bratislava axis and routes radiating from it
