A man named Franco witnesses several Beaulieu documents, to wit:

LXVIII (865, comital family donation of lands in le Vert and Castelnau)
XLIII (887, donation of property in Castelnau)
CLII (891, donation of property in Puy d'Arnac)
CXLII (894, donation of property in Puy d'Arnac)
LIX (913, donation of property in Puy d'Arnac)
LX (916, donation of properties in Castelnau and Puy d'Arnac)
CIX (968, deceased former landholder in le Vert, brother of Hugues)

This obviously cannot be one man, and despite their near crossover in temporal terms and actual in geographical terms I suspect that the correct division is the first two and then the rest, a comital follower in Castelnau and a le Vert landholder who witnesses Puy d'Arnac transactions more generally, I have therefore indexed them separately beneath this file. I suspect that the latter is a relative of the former, given their apparent succession of interests, but there's no way to say how.
