Variants of this enum have the same name as variants of TorEvent, but no data. This is useful for functions like TorEventReceiver::subscribe, which lets you choose which variants you want to receive.

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
