What level of sleep to put a Tor client into.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

`Normal`

The client functions as normal, and background tasks run periodically.

`Soft`

Background tasks are suspended, conserving CPU usage. Attempts to use the client will wake it back up again.
