For example, an Emperor who is also Scribe earns 10 points. When there are multiple people in ties for positions, the positions which are tied over have their point values summed together, and then averaged. For example, the worst situation occurred in the first Game. 5 players were tied for 4th place. So the number of points each earned was (13 + 10 + 7 + 5 + 3)/5 = 7.6 points. In Game 20 Round 2 we had an 11-way tie for 6th. Although people should be awarded 28/11 points, I rounded this off to 2.5 (not 2.5909090909 etc).
