  16 * This is a continuation from last year's game The Tools of Diplomacy, but new players and characters are welcome.
  17 * The characters may divide into two or more teams, and there may be competition between those teams.
  18 * All the books are considered to be loosely canonical.
  19 * Characters **must** be created before the con.
  20 * Players of new characters will select their character's grandparent. The sooner you can send us your choice of grandparent and a trump image for your character, the better.
