   4        At Arkkra Enterprises, we'd like all our customers to be
   5        delighted with our products. To ensure that Mup and any
   6        other products or services we provide are readily available
   7        at the lowest possible cost to you, we need to establish
   8        licensing terms.

  10        While there are other music publication programs on the
  11        market, we believe Mup has unique features that you may find
  12        very useful.  Since different people may want different
  13        things in a music publication program, you do not have to
  14        pay for Mup until after you've had a chance to try it out
  15        and evaluate it for yourself.  If you have problems with
  16        Mup, let us know and we will try to resolve them.  If you
  17        have paid your registration fee and we cannot resolve
  18        problems to your satisfaction, we will gladly refund your
  19        money.

  23        Arkkra Enterprises disclaims all warranties relating to this
  24        software, whether expressed or implied, including but not
  25        limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and
  26        fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties
  27        are expressly and specifically disclaimed.  Neither Arkkra
  28        Enterprises nor anyone else who has been involved in the
  29        creation, production, or delivery of this software shall be
  30        liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental
  31        damages arising out of the use of or inability to use such
  32        software even if Arkkra Enterprises has been advised of the
  33        possibility of such damages of claims.  In no event shall
  34        Arkkra Enterprises' liability for any damages ever exceed
  35        the price paid for the license to use the software,
  36        regardless of the form of the claim.  The person using the
  37        software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of
  38        the software.

  40        Some states do not allow the exclusion of the limit of
  41        liability for consequential damages, so the above limitation
  42        may not apply to you.

  44        This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of
  45        Illinois and shall inure to the benefit of Arkkra
  46        Enterprises, and any successors, administrators, heirs and
  47        assigns. Any action or proceeding brought by either party
  48        against the other arising out of or related to this
  49        agreement shall be brought only in the state or federal
  50        court of competent jurisdiction located in DuPage County,
  51        Illinois. The parties hereby consent to in personam
  52        jurisdiction of said courts.

  54        This software is licensed to you, for your own use. This is
  55        copyrighted software. You are not obtaining title to the
  56        software or any copyright rights.  You may not sublicense,
  57        rent, lease, convey, modify, or translate this software for
  58        any purpose.

  60        You may make as many copies as you need for back-up
  61        purposes.  You may use this software on more than one
  62        computer, provided there is no chance it will be used
  63        simultaneously on more than one computer.  If you need to
  64        use this software on more than one computer simultaneously,
  65        you will need to obtain a license for each copy or a site
  66        license.

  69        the following terms:

  71           - The copy must be an exact copy as would be obtained
  72             directly from Arkkra Enterprises, including this
  73             license.  It must clearly state that it is a copy, and
  74             must give the address of Arkkra Enterprises.

  76           - The copy must be used by the obtaining party only for
  77             the purpose of trialing the software. If after trialing
  78             the software, the receiving party wishes to continue to
  79             use the software, they must submit their license fee.

  81           - All limitations and disclaimers of this license apply
  82             to the copy.
