  13 * All the books are considered to be loosely canonical.
  14 * Characters are minor members of Chaosian Houses who for one reason or another are part of Thelbane CSI. Perhaps they genuinely want to help keep their home safe; perhaps they were bored and wanted something to do with their time; perhaps someone told them that they were going to do it and like it.
  15 * Whatever the reason, when things get murky, they work together to find out what’s going on - so please don't build a character who won't work as part of a team.
