+* The Junior Mages attended the Tribunal of 1222, hosted at the Guildhall of the Company of Pepperers in Islington. The Tribunal is being held to nominate the delegates to the Grand Tribunal of 1228 and discuss Stonehenge's position on the issues likely to be raised at it.

+      * _Held_: Yes. The motion went down very narrowly at Grand Tribunal, and will be raised again at the next Grand Tribunal. 
+   * Should the Tribunal present a complaint to Grand Tribunal about the ineffective enforcement of the code in Loch Leagan Tribunal, particularly as it relates to the covenant of Horsingas?
+       * _Held_: The Tribunal decided to deal with Horsingas themselves, not wanting to invite Grand Tribunal to take a closer look about policing mundane interference in Great Britain. A plan was evolved to deal with the covenant while the mages were in the Stonehenge Tribunal, with a secondary group dispatched to recover stolen goods and evidence of wrongdoing; this was actioned in [[You can lead Horsingas to water|Story020]].

+        * _Held_: Johannes proposed a motion that the Tribunal should argue in favour of allowing individual Tribunals to sponsor new covenants in Africa, with the understanding that each covenant would be in the sponsoring tribunal until a new African covenant could be created, which should be as soon as it had sufficient resources to survive. A similar motion eventually passed at Grand Tribunal, with the addition of a requirement for each Tribunal to lodge prior to settlement a document at the Great Library of Durenmar establishing the location of the new Covenant, and that such a document would establish a claim on that region for a period of five years.

+* Johannes was unable to avoid being put in charge of the "cattle raid" on Horsingas covenant, mostly because he couldn't convince himself it wasn't the correct decision. 
+* The Ex Misc held their election for Primus; all of the candidates voted for themselves; Flavius voted for Nechtan Dubh, and Caitlin abstained.
