+This lab onced belonged to Alexios but has been neatly packed up and moved so that it is completely empty and would need to be reset up before use. It is still a large and well designed space, the largest in the room, with plenty of room for customisation.
+
+Entrance is via a dedicated studio and there are four small bedrooms above the lab with access to them through the studio.
+
+There is a  skylight in the ceiling and sockets in the walls that once held a wooden gallery. 
+
+The hypocaust has been extended into the room and warms the stone flags of the floor effectively.
