   7 This effect can be activated by, whilst the torc is worn, a second
   8 person holding the torc in one hand and tracing the filigee with the
   9 other hand.  When this is done then, provided the activator is at a
  10 higher Fatigue level, the effect will transfer one Fatigue level from
  11 the activator to the wearer.
