Doormat argument about Voicemail dismissed by Court of Appeal

> In their judgment, the three judges ruled: "Contrary to the legal submission on behalf of the appellants, the resulting situation is not lacking in legal certainty".

That pretty much puts that argument to bed, I would have thought, and presumably with it the various discussions about at which point in the chain of delivery an email message may or may not be intercepted.
