No idea how much it'll be. Trips to Romania with a sleeper from Zürich to 
Budapest are ~225Euro for two ways. (I bought a bit late.) I expect the trip 
to Bosnia to be cheaper then that.
I buy my tickets by phone at http://gleisnost.de - These people are the best 
when it comes to east european tickets. They buy tickets from different 
European railway companies to get the cheapest prize and know a lot about 
cross-border ticket hacks.
