openRC user services

Hi all,

as you might know, openRC 0.68 gained support for user services.
This is a huge improvement IMO, and I would like to get wider adoption
of openRC. Because this is fairly new, not much services have been
written. An example can be seen here: [0]
I'd plan to collect of list of user services and then test them under
Debian with openRC. I'm unsure where to get them included. Most
upstreams likely won't accept MRs for this :( .
I'd opt to try to get them included in the Debian packages, and if that
is rejected too, create a openrc-user-services source package.
Those services expect XDG_RUNTIME_DIR to be set, and should be installed
into /etc/user/init.d.
Would this work in a Debian context ?
Any thoughts /comments about this ?

best,

werdahias
