interface down after resuming from standby, Network Manager loosing Ethernet connection

Mark, thank you dearly for uploading elogind 255.5.

The network down after resume issue with Network Manager is gone.

It can still not hibernate to disk. I look into providing an upstream bug 
report about that.

At least with this ThinkPad T14 AMD Gen 1 it can do suspend to idle just 
fine and that will do for now.
