You’ll need to version the next upload as 11.3, but just do that.
Oh, wait. It is not a native package, so it does have an upstream
version :/
Then use an epoch, 1:0.6-3 (the +really are for when the situation
is expected to resolve itself later, e.g. when temporarily downgrading
packages, but the version would normally rise again with the/a next
upload).
Or convince the upstream developer to release a version 11.3 or,
maybe better, 12.0 and then package that as 12.0-1 ☻
