What to do with opensysusers/ opentmpfiles?

I have just had a very quick scan of the new systemd-standalone-* packages. I
don't immediately see any problems. Presumably since systemd itself is linux
only, the fact that the standalone packages are also linux-only isn't a
problem. Non-linux systems will have to use something else already?
