When insserv=1.20 will be out?

Hello, Jesse.

Nothing urgent, just wondering, when version of insserv with move of
*.depends files reverted will be released, so we could upload it into
experimental.

Currently, we have insserv-1.19 in git, but it must not be uploaded, so I
have some feeling of incompleteness :)
