You seems to just discard all previous history. While it may be somewhat
messy, but it is still valuable.

Still, I find your analysis of which patches are not need anymore very
valuable useful. I belive your commit 9930c could be cherry-picked after
settling up somes issues with 2.88dsf-60.

I believe it is reasonable to assume that our conversation have nothing
