Snow!, 2003/01/31

Our back patio. The flagstones are covered in a couple of inches of snow.

My bicycle.

A keg of beer left over from a previous party. I don't often see one of those in the snow.

Most of the schools were closed, so children were outside with their parents. This shows people sledging down Ascham Road.

A very wintry-looking tree on Milton Road.

"Lovers walk along the shore and leave their footprints in the sand" - well, OK, snow.

My office was surrounded by fields of snow.

The office again. There's usually a sign with the company logo on it between the two posts at the lower right of the picture, but somebody had driven round the corner a little too fast the previous day and careered into it.

My poor car, covered in two inches or so of snow. It took quite a while to scrape it all off that evening.
