Currently codes absolute limits for my focuser setup and gearing.
This should be configurable.

Add absolute motion

With our gearing the top of the focuser travel is 8100 and the bottom
is 0.  Still need to use the move_to_resistance function or something
similar to find the limits of a particular focuser's travel and
calibrate that either on demand or on first connection.

A Lego gear which will fit in the Orion SkyScanner 100 focus knob

Allow choice of port on the Build HAT

It appears that text values come out of the pyINDI library as 0x0a
<bytes of actual value> 0x0a 0x20 0x20 0x20 0x20
