Reorganize some of the more random files.

  * Move `sod.m4' and `sod.pc' into `lib/', because they're concerned
    with the C library.

  * Move `asdf-hack.lisp' and `emacs-hacks.el' into `src/', because
    they're concerned with Lisp.
