Stonehenge is a Tribunal on the edge of Hermetic society; only three
tribunals are more distant and two of them are on Stonehenge's
borders. Nominally it contains "all of Druidic Britain once under
control of the Romans" but that definition is at best imprecise[^1]
and the boundary between Stonehenge and Loch Leglean is to some extent
determined by precedent.

Mundane Society is currently ruled by the infant Henry III; or rather
by his Barons.

There are known Mercere portals to Harco in the Roman Tribunal (at
Magnantrum), to .... in Loch Leglean, to .... in Hibernian, and to
Valnastium in the Greater Alps (at the Schola).

[[CadGadu]] is the domus magna of the Ex Misc, but no-longer holds any
semblence of political control. [[Blackthorn]] held the balance of
power until recently when an alliance lead by [[Voluntas]] appears to
have gained a tenuous balance of power at tribunal. Nearly every
covenant in the tribunal is clearly or possibly in breach of the rules
regarding interference with the mundane. It seems unlikely as a
result that this will come up at tribunal, and it has yet to come to
the attentiom of a hostile (and suitably neutral) Quaesitor or the
Grand Tribunal.

[^1]: The question of whether Brittany should be in Stonehenge is
traditionally raised if someone wishes to delay proceedings at Grand
Tribunal.
