+Description: This small golden locket is carefully worked into the shape of a detailed gateway. Both the back and the front of the gate open. The front, when opened, reveals an illuminated and gold leaf surrounded portrait in the Byzantine style of a man in the robes of a Master of Arts, holding a wizard's staff wrapped with a scroll of law holding the hands of a woman in the robes of a Jerbiton Mage, holding a book. Around the portrait, in tiny illuminated letters, a short wedding hymn is written. The back opens to reveal a small cavity large enough to hold a small chip of rock or lock of hair. The locket is held on a golden chain which has a relatively strong and heavy clasp.

+Use: The panel's magic can be used twice per day and is triggered by someone holding it and saying the words on the scroll painted on the panel. The panel then teleports itself and anyone holding hands with the wearer (or someone else holding hands with the wearer) to the location of the arcane connection within the locket.
