Jean-Marc searched in his /var/lib/dpkg/available and picked the
first one that:
- has both spaces - doesn't spell it home page
- has the : following homepage
- doesn't surround the address with <>
- doesn't use the "Author" pseudo-field that was also proposed in Dec.
2002 but not kept in developers-reference.

So this is ther best example.

Also policy was followed.
